The countdown has begun to the half marathon! Here are my workouts for the week. Monday- *Personal training (core) Time: 30 min. *Spin class Time: 1 hr Tuesday-Saturday- nada, zilch, nothing yikes! We did however have a great time with my family for Thanksgiving in Indiana. This was (more…)
