This week was a pretty decent one as far as workouts.  Not as crazy as it has been lately and no walks outside due to rain and cold weather.  Hubby and I decided not to do any of our walks in this type of weather since it’s going to be hot in Jamaica when we walk and if it rains there we’ll just deal with it.  I feel pretty good!  I can’t believe the half marathon is so soon. I’ll give you more details as it gets closer.  Thanks so very much for all the great support.  I really appreciate it.

So here is what I accomplished this week

Monday-

*Personal training
Time: 30 min.

*Spin class
Time: 1 hr

Tuesday- Day off

Wednesday-

*Personal training
Time: 30 min.

*Spin class
Time: 1 hr

Thursday- Day off

Friday-

*Treadmill (run/walk)
Time: 25 min.
Miles: 1.37

*Personal training
Time: 30 min.

Saturday- Day off

Sunday-

*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
